શિક્ષણની વ્યથા...કે શિક્ષકની???


શિક્ષણની વ્યથા...કે શિક્ષકની???

શિક્ષણ અને શિક્ષક એક સિક્કા ની બે બાજુ, એક બીજાના પર્યાય, એકબીજા વિના અધૂરા, ખરુંને? 
આમતો ક્હેવાય કે શિક્ષક એટલે જ શિક્ષણનો શ્વાસ!
જયારે આ શ્વાસ જ રુધાંવા માંડે ત્યારે? શિક્ષકને જ્યારે શિક્ષણથી વિમુખ કરાય કે શિક્ષક ને શિક્ષણથી વિમુખ થવું પડે તો? 
આ પરિસ્થિતિ આજકાલ દરેક સંસ્થાઓમાં સામાન્ય થઇ ગઈ છે। સમગ્ર સારસ્વત સમાજ આજે શિક્ષણ ની ચર્ચાઓ છોડીને પરીક્ષણ , પરીક્ષા , પૈસા , પ્રતિષ્ઠા , પદવી અને એક બીજાની લીટી નાની કરવાની હોડમાં છે. 
અધ્યયન અને અધ્યાપન , શીખવું અને શીખવવું એ માત્ર પુસ્તકોમાં શોભે છે. શંશોધનપાત્રોમાં સમજાવાય છે. શિક્ષકો ક્યાંતો પોતે બિચારા છે , ક્યાંતો બીજાને બિચારા બનાવે છે કયાંતો બિચારા હોવાનો ડોળ કરે છે.
ગળથુંથીમાંજ શિક્ષાનાં જનીન લઇ જન્મેલા કોઈ કોઈ વિરલાજ જોવા મળશે જે શિક્ષાનો ભેખ લઇને નિખળી પડેલ છે, જેમને જોઈછે માત્ર પ્રશંશાના બે બોલ ! જો તેમના પ્રયાસો ને બિરદાવવામાં આવે, જરૂર જણાય ત્યાં હાથ ટેકો કરી આપવાંમાં આવે તો તેઓ રણમાં વીરડી જેમ સાબિત થઇ શકે છે. 
આજના આ યુગમાં પણ માણસ માત્ર બે મીઠા શબ્દોનો તરસ્યો છે। .......શિક્ષક પણ આખરે તો માણસ જ છે ને ??????????????????
